Service Terms & Conditions

Service & Travel Rates

Over 8 Hours/Day: Billed at 1.25× standard rate
Over 12 Hours/Day or Weekends: Billed at 1.5× standard rate

Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Notice: $820 cancellation fee
24-Hour or Same-Day Cancellation: $1,640 cancellation fee
Travel Cancellations: Customer is responsible for 100% of any non-refundable travel costs and fees if travel was already booked

Additional Terms

Travel Expenses: Billed at cost + 10%

Payment Options

A 4% discount is applied for payments made by:
- Cash
- Check
- ACH
- Wire Transfer
Note: Discount does not apply to credit card or other electronic payment methods
